Thats because Marluxia's theme was remixed a bit and combined with another theme to make final boss riku theme in KH 358/2 days

@TheGogettossj5 It's actually the other way around. Riku's battle theme in 358/2 Days is just Another Side, Another Story, which was played during the first game's secret ending. That song was just a mashup of a whole bunch of themes that SE had wanted to use for their future songs. Songs from CoM and KHII originate from ASAS. It's just like how songs from BbS originate from Fate of the Unknown.

@SkullEnigma That's because that portion of the song was taken from the song Another Side, which Riku's Final Boss theme is a slight remix of. I believe the original was reused for when you fight Braig in BBS with Aqua, although it might be the remix I'm not completely sure.
