  • Does it work for short hair?is it important to have a huge fan?

  • I don't have a paddle brush, can I use a round brush?

  • @MissRickiLynn NO, please never use a round brush for this! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a paddle brush!!!!!!!!

  • Bought a fan today just for this from walmart. Unfortunately, this method did not work. My hair is like 10x curlier and thicker and the end result was very poofy, dry, and wavy like @cbreezyforever. Uhhg, really want my hair to be healthy again but nothing works for straightening without heat :(

  • @xoCandiii I had to do this at least 10 times to get it right, but I was determined not to give up!!

  • @bambiieyz Okay, I'll try again today! Wish me luck :)

  • So who wants to go fan shopping? Ladies, I HIGHLY recommend the body shop's paddle brush, it's awesome! It's cushioned AND when you brush your hair with it, it feels like you're massaging your scalp! It's great! So now....I just gotta go get me a fan!!!!!! :DDDDD

  • does it still work without the putty?

  • i tried this with my blowdrier on cool and it made my hair healthy shiny and soft!

  • I have curly hair and I have tried every thing in the world. when I saw this totorial i tried it and it didnt work out! The second time I tried it it worked perfect. I noteced my hair was alot healthier too! how long will it take to get completely healthy? I straightend my hair with a flat iron four 4yrs and its horribly damaged. Thanks so much!

  • @kailey207 I spent years of frying my hair too.... you'll be able to tell when your hair is getting healthy again. Watch my video on how to grow long hair and you'll get tips there.

  • It looks like it came out well for you, but does it last throughout the day? After I straighten my hair with a straightener sometimes, but it starts getting wavy a few hours after.

  • instead of a leave in conditioner can i use a leave in treatment? like the nexxus one?

  • I really want a fan now. . . . .

  • you did a vid for this.

  • this worked very well for me ! thank you so much ! except for the fact that my hair was still poofy and dry and still a bit wavy.. any tips ?

  • @CBreezyForever Keep trying?

  • @CBreezyForever The same thing happened with me, so my tip for you is to put in a leave in conditioner OR a natural oil treatment after this, and if you don't have either of these, look up a diy (do-it-yourself) on youtube, and i guarantee you'll find something helpful! :)

  • is this bad to do this to your hair everyday?

  • @MsArianna98 No, it's bad to use a blowdryer and heating appliances every day!

  • @bambiieyz thank you very much! Im totally gonna try this! where can i get the products you used?

  • I have straight hair but I want that sleek look flat irons give you. I wonder if this will work...

  • This question is killing me, what is the song name?

  • i hope this works cuz im buying a fan just for this

  • im not gay but she has a gr8 ste of boobs

  • Does this work for African American/curly hair? I will try and let you know >.<

  • Great video! I'm totally going to do this instead of damaging my hair by straightening it all the time! I'm trying to grow it super long (even though it's already long, haha). Your hair care videos are very useful. :)

  • This is AMAZING! does it work on hair that has layers?

  • Hey, love this video, really helpful. But one question, how long will my hair stay straight for. Eg: like 1 hour or 2 or like a day. Yeah anyway how long?

  • My mom calls me weird because I'm sitting in front of a fan in the winter time :/

  • did u come up with this solution

  • how do you get the top of your hair dry?

  • @luv2make The top is being dried throughout the whole process.

  • I replaced puddy with leave-in conditioner, it still worked!

  • Does fiber gum putty is a wax?

  • @themilousevanhouten I don't know what it is... but it works better than mousse or gel. But it's too thick and sticky to put throughout your hair.

  • @bambiieyz ho thanks I am going to try to find this :D

  • i usally call this brushing my hair

  • OMG! I have short hair and my hair still looked amazinnggg with your help!

  • i have that gets oily really easily...

are any of there products going to make my hair greasy?

  • Im doing it right now ! Let you guys know how it works :)

  • @ZuriZombi Did it work? I'm curious, thinking of trying it out too!

  • @TTWandaPurplePanda Yes, it has worked for thousands of people!!! And in case you didn't notice, it worked for me too ;)

  • I have shoulder length hair, and my shortest layers are a little above my ears, so I can't really bring it ALL to one side like what you do. Would this method still work? :/

  • @josifiedcx i have the same question. i dont have that short of hair but i have about four layers on each side, and my top layers is right at the top of my ear. would it still work for layered hair?

  • OMG my hair is curly and thick so i blow dry it to make it straight which i know is sooo bad 4 my hair so when i saw this video i knew i had to watch it i havent tried it yet but i know it will work thx 4 makin this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @thepandagurl16 I'm glad I made you happy! Yippiee!!!!

  • Can this work for short hair also???

  • Thank you so much! I was getting complements on my hair and everything! You saved my hair from being damaged! Thanks:)

  • there's no way that this is faster than a hair dryer!

  • @MagicMakeup27 Actually, it is for me. Anyway using a blowdryer turns my hair into a FRIZZBALL!

  • @MagicMakeup27 Actually there was a science experiment in class that proved that cold hair drys things faster than hot/warm air but the reason why we use heat to dry our clothes and hair is because we want our hair/clothes to be warm not cold.

  • Do you have to use the hair puddy? Or could you just go without it?

  • @xbubbles1999x You don't have to use it, but then you might have little stray hairs sticking up and out everywhere. It just makes your hair smoother.

  • Do you have to use the hair puddy? Or can you go without it? Thanks :)

  • I dont have a fan.. Fml.

  • Thank you so much!

    It totally works for me!

  • 1. is your hair THIN curly or THICK curly, cause mine's thick curly. 2. at the beginning when you just took out the paddle brush you said 'don't forget the garnier fiber gum putty' do you use it then AND later on when you clipped your hair back? thnx!!!!!

  • @arabhousemusic Try watching the video a couple of times and then follow along with me. Just hit pause when you need to. The fiber gum putty is SO much better than mouse or gel. Seriously.

  • I have long hair and it's already kind of straight, it's just the bottom part that curls really big, will it work for the bottom of my hair?

  • Bambiieyz, I was just wondering about something I heard where if you don't use shampoo and juts use conditioner it's better for your hair, is that true?

  • @arabhousemusic I tried that once, and my hair became greasy and gross! Maybe it's for people with dry hair, but not me!

  • Sorry if this is a stupid question, but did you put the putty in all of your hair or just the top and sides?

  • @staleybugg Just a tiny bit on the top & sides only.

  • So what if u have short hair, like shoulder length? I doubt it will work

  • Everyone, this dose work- but its a pain in my ass.... js....

  • This video totally helped because my parents took my straightener away so I need some other way!(:

  • Thanks so much! I don't even know how to use a blow dryer :D!!!!

  • Why do we have to pull the hair back?

  • @moshin1023 Because it dries straight that way!

  • Helps sooo much(;

  • how would this work for a guy? my bangs covers my eyes, sides is an inch longer than my ear, and my back hair is about the same length as my neck. my hair is thick, curly, wavy, and straight (weird i know).

  • @blueimpulse808 I think I would just dry your hair like you normally do, this is mainly for girls who are trying to grow their hair long.

  • @blueimpulse808 hey you could just slick it back and let it air dry like that, then brush it out

  • Are you a dancer? You look like you dance

  • @emmabeart I dance around in my room sometimes...

  • Woah!!!! it worked!!

  • ooo ima try!!

  • Great video but it's to much work for me!!! :)

  • when would you do this before school, or the night before. Also how long does this take...

  • @mspeanuthead27 I would do this the NIGHT BEFORE!!! Just put your hair in a loose ponytail on top of your head, using a soft scrunchie, and not an elastic band!

  • Is all the brushing damaging to your hair? I've heard that any form of overbrushing is bad and results in hair loss.

  • @skylarleeanneburke Brushing with a paddle brush allows hair to SLIP THRU IT, and is perfectly fine. But a boar or plastic bristle brush, AVOID!!!!!!!

  • will this last thru the day??

  • finally :D thanks!

  • omg thank you ^____^

  • tks i <3 ittt :)xx

  • Hey - I have everything in my house, even the putty somehow :D BUT. My house has central air so I don't have a fan xD Can I use anything else? Please respond soon! (:

  • @Fuzzy0u0 There really aren't any substitutions for a 'fan', a blowdryer is just too small, unless you can find a blowdryer with a nozzle as big around as a... 'fan', haha. Maybe if you are like Superwoman you can spin your arms around really fast to create enough airflow like a 'fan'. You have to use a 'fan' or nothing else.

  • @bambiieyz Lol - okay , thanks for responding fast though! I'll subscribe anyway :D

  • @bambiieyz Okay! Thanks for responding fast though(: I'll press the subscribe button now :D

  • if this works i will subscribe

  • @98mrs i'm excited

  • smart idea

  • VERY IMPORTANT: my mom wont let me straighten my hair because she's afraid that itll damage it and that my hair won't go curly again. You covered the damage thing, but will my hair go back to being curly after this?? I like my hair, but i want to try somthing new!!! Please answer soon!!!!

  • @kettlecorn100 Yes, your hair will go back curly the next time you wash it. This is just a special method of drying your hair. It's NOT going to permanently change the natural texture of your hair. No worries :)

  • Will you have to work harder with African American hair?

Will you get a head cold with kind of wet hair

  • do you have use putty.

  • or can you just use hair jell

  • I dont know if ur fan has hot air but does it work with cool air? Cuz fans are usually cool aired lol

  • Can I do this EVERY day, or will that be bad? And will it destroy my curls(like if I want to wear my hair curly, will it be the same curl structure)?

  • does the fan have to be with hot air?

  • @Maheenlovesyou A fan like I'm using is neither HOT or COLD. It just circulates the air in the room you are in.

  • dose this work with hair gel

  • Do you HAVE to use the fiber gum putty? Is there any substitute?

  • Can this work for thick-ish hair?

  • I've used your method twice now and I really love it :) although I have shorter layers so it's a bit trickier to do.

  • @Kirstieeebug You'll get the hang of it.

  • is it neceesary to spray or use the detangling thing? plzzzzzzzzzzz reply because i need to straighten my hair and its wavy so..... and my bday is kinda close... and i'am from india so........if it is neccesary i can buy it bt is ti nesecary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

  • @unnathihegde To me it is, because it reduces frizz without weighing my hair down!

  • This is hard to do with short hair :$

  • @shade5123 I bet it is! I would just air dry it... and wait until you get some length.

  • @bambiieyz IF THIS WORKS ILL SUB !!!

  • YAY!!! Someone who actually uses hair products that exist!!! Ive looked for other things that they said to look for in other videos and I could find NOTHING. This is the only video that I looked at and said " OH I know what that is!".

  • is it ok if i use the cold air on my blow dryer becuase i dont have a fan

    PLZZZZ COMMENT BACK

  • @kimam01 Yes, you can use a blowdryer on cool to dry your hair, but it isn't the same as doing what I'm doing in my video. Because the fan is BIGGER.

  • how long did it take you to grow out ur hair

  • Which hair dye have you used on your amazing hair?! ;)

  • @ilektraki95 I'm actually letting the hair color i HAD wash out, so my natural reddish brown hair is coming thru.

  • I love ur shirt!

  • How long does it usually stay straight for ?????

  • @popmusic101swag It will stay straight up to 2 days, as long as you leave it down.

  • will this work for african americans?

  • @thetaleoftails I don't know.

  • @bambiieyz poo :(

  • @thetaleoftails no -___-

  • not to be rude but couldnt you just use the cool setting on your blowdrier?

  • @TheZoozoo50 It's ok none taken, but I've answered this a million times, and I've written it in comments and in the Q&A below the video description.

  • @TheZoozoo50 You can but its less of a hassel using a fan because you dont have to hold the fan. She said this in her other hair straightening video.

  • Can you use an air conditioner? lol I dont have a fan

  • @Aimalicious18 Do you want icicles in your hair?

  • OMG! Thank you soooooooo much :D I don`t use heat anymore and I have straight hair every day. thank you :D and even if they curl the next day I just spray my hair with water and do it all again :D you are the best ! !!!!

  • @Maruseey Does it really work? does it straighten ur hair????

  • I feel like i'm watching a tv infomercial. lol.

  • Doesn't brushing ur hair while it's wet give it major split-ends? bc hair is at its weakest when it's wet...

  • @BlackHurricane714 Yep it does, but not with a paddle brush. See the Q&A in video description.

  • @bambiieyz oh wow, sorry u even say it in the video :P my bad, thanks i hope this works!! :D

  • i cant do it

    it wont work

    my hair still stays natural

  • Hey Bambiieyz ..Im growing my hair long but need some advice on trimming, i know you said we can do it ourselves, but i get split ends all over my layers..should I at least go the the hairdresser ..say..once every 3 months at least?? Please help lol x

  • @bellydancebianca1992 If you give in and go to the hairdresser to trim your hair, she's going to cut off everything you are growing. Do you really want that? If she trims your layers, they will remain the same length. And that's fine, if you want to keep your layers. But if you want to grow them out, do exactly what I did. Leave them alone. Step away from the scissors, lol. Seriously.

  • @bambiieyz Ok, but I do sometimes use heat on my hair..and maybe what I will do is lay off LOL! I wanted to at least have "dusting" done, just literally not even half an inch off my hair, my appointment is tomorrow, but Ive canceled lol..surely they wont split any further if i discontinue using heat?..Gosh what a mind boggler yet its so simple :$

  • Will It Work For Short Hair Like Until Your Neck

  • @shucaybhashim Wow that's pretty short. I don't know... if you can clip it back, PROBABLY!

  • @bambiieyz I'll try! :D

  • Comment removed

  • @demolitionXloveX94 please read the Q&A. it's not the same or i would have done that.

  • Hi um where can i buy a wide tooth comb? im trying so hard to see where i can buy one ........Help!! :(

  • my hair is short and thin and frizzy will it still work???

  • omg thank you sooo much !!! my hair is badly damge and it was all frizzy i just fishned doing this for the first time it's not perfectly straight but i see a BIG difference . thank you :)

  • Will it still work without the puddy? Like no puddy or gel or mousse or anything, just plain.

  • @AngelSweetCrafts no, i tryed it, but u do hav to put the product in ur hair

  • I have been using this method for months now. It works wonderfully!!!! It may take a couple of times to get the hang of it.

  • @Ercheergal That's great to hear! I guess the people who disliked this video gave up on the first try, haha.

  • My hair is so thick this will probably take me 2hrss. . .

  • do you HAVE to use a fan?

  • @jillicious4296 YES! That's the whole point!

  • @bambiieyz cause, i'm going to 6th grade camp and we can't bring straighteners & we have no fans. i'm gonna look like a walrus.

  • I was wondering, can you use a paddle brush with boar bristles and nylon, or does it only work with nylon? :P

  • @TheBrokenBeauty Just make sure the teeth are widely spaced out, so your hair can slip thru it. This is what prevents pulling the hair and making it snap off.

  • Im gonna try this and hope my hair turns out as nice as yours and btw your so beautiful u should be a model :)

  • @sannresto thanks, i used to be a model!

  • i wish i had ur hair! and does this work for short hair also do I have to use that putty or can i use gel or pomade?

  • @jordles418 As long as your hair isn't too layered, it should work.

  • @bambiieyz ok thx!

  • i wish i had ur hair!

  • @bambiieyz yes, I know, but my hair is not sensitive to heat- but if I can avoid it, I do. I just like your videos, and was wondering, thanks though! :)

  • If you do this method, and it doesn't fully straighten your hair, will it frizz up if you use a straightened afterward?

  • @xLittleFameMonstersx no, but the whole idea is to avoid using a straightener!?

  • This didn't work for me. :( It could be because I have layers. Oh well. Great video anyway! Maybe I'll give it a try after my layers grow out a bit.

  • @TheMiso4ever I love YOU!

  • you look like a russian women.

  • @chachadans Yes, and I love Vodka!

  • O my god tried thins thinking it wasn't gonna work but it worked AMAZINGLY!!! But I didn't use the hair putty or the paddle brush I used just a regular comb and no putty and my results were great thx for the tip :)

  • you're hair is so long and beautiful (:
