@iArne33 JUMP Teostra quest. English players cant get the quest unless they know someone using custom quests, like moi. You need custom firmware for your PSP to use them tho

My friends and I looked up this armor and were sad to find out it was only available in Japan. :( Is there any known "safe" way to get this armor in the american version, or are we doomed to wait until someone in the Monster Hunter Team realizes how popular this armor is, gets off their lazy butt, and makes it downloadable?

It's Jolly Roger armor from MHP2G. The only way to get it in Unite is convert your P2G file or get someone with P2G to go on the quest with you.

The quest you need is a quest with Daimyo, Red Khezu, and Los Epic (HR7+)
