Hope it was just a tracking cookie. To get rid of that extra option at boot-up, just pull up an admin cmd and use bcdedit.exe. "bcdedit.exe /?" will give you the commands inside cmd (without quotes). I don't know if the GUI for changing Win boot options is still there.
