  • do u find doing pushups on ur knuckles instead of palms is easier? I'm working on my pushups for pt...are u in the military?

  • no video, but just to test myself and set a benchmark I did W3 D3 C3 22 30 20 20 30. Keep it up.

  • @CuppaWorkout remember to keep your upper back straight all the way down to ure feet. ure upper back seems to bow up before the rest of ure body. I suggest clencing ure abs and butt to reduce this

  • @503 I don't think push ups will make us women to have man hands :P. It's our own body weight, light weight and high repetition. Just alter the angles every so often you can hit different muscle groups. If you want to enhance your triceps & more abs/core, then do more tricep push ups. Still need cardio or eating well to shred the fat though but once the fat is shredded, you will look very toned instead of bulking up :) like men do.

  • @weedaxe lol...no...we listened to Jake Shimabukuro recording when he came here a couple of years ago (it's called Crazy G). I thought the tune is fitting so I put it in here, unfortunately, I can't do it faster like he did ha!

  • Glad to see you back, I wish you a speedy recovery from here but know you will build things up gradually.

  • Wow! And on your fists! I'm doing the 100 push ups too but the regular ones. It's difficult because I am doing two or three Muay Thai classes almost every day so I am always sore.

    Did you say you were doing 2 or 3 classes A DAY! Do you think you might be overtraining?! Or are you competing professionally? Yikes!

  • @rolandsc lol yeah, I should take a break. This is a period when I have a lot of time to train so I want to take advantage.

  • @gabepizza be very careful of overtraining. I think I overtrain in Muay Thai (mentally too), I haven't been the same since then. Sometimes more is not necessarily better. I think the mental burnout can get you too, just be sure you know when you need to take a break vs. pushing yourself to the next level.
