@CuppaWorkout remember to keep your upper back straight all the way down to ure feet. ure upper back seems to bow up before the rest of ure body. I suggest clencing ure abs and butt to reduce this
@503 I don't think push ups will make us women to have man hands :P. It's our own body weight, light weight and high repetition. Just alter the angles every so often you can hit different muscle groups. If you want to enhance your triceps & more abs/core, then do more tricep push ups. Still need cardio or eating well to shred the fat though but once the fat is shredded, you will look very toned instead of bulking up :) like men do.

@gabepizza be very careful of overtraining. I think I overtrain in Muay Thai (mentally too), I haven't been the same since then. Sometimes more is not necessarily better. I think the mental burnout can get you too, just be sure you know when you need to take a break vs. pushing yourself to the next level.
