Sorry, but you're mistaken. Shaymin's new form is it's Sky Forme. Go to Serebii or Bulbapedia.

It's Grass and Flying, focused on Speed and Special Attack, with the ability "Serene Grace".

As of now, Regigigas doesn't have a new form. But mayhaps it will have one in the future.
