I don't think that was Emir- I think that was old Harman (the principal of the assassin school) because the only person with an automatic weapon would be old Harman and his tommy gun. And then when old harman says "oh, we werent expecting you" wouldn't make sense fore emir, because kun lan / god harman know the movements of the killer 7.

Garcian didnt shoot them, Garcian has a revolver, 6 shots, not possible to shoot that fast and with that many bullets. that riddle of who did it is solved in Killer8, the mode unlocked after beating killer7, if you play as young Harman, youll see that he has a Machine gun, which proove that young harmen is the REAL Harmen, and the Old harmen is still a Mother fucking mystery
