@TheBlakesushi it is slightly harmful to the mag valve so use at your own discretion, I never broke a mag with the mod though. 2 bbs would most likely either not allow the gun to compress the spring enough or just straight up break it. I wouldn't do that

Hmm I never would have thought of this, I imagine if you cut the spring it lowers the fps, so this gun has a Adjustinle fps, you can lower by spring cuting and increase by adding bbs to it!

wow, i just did this to my mark 1 carbine... I used half a bb instead of the whole thing and it is quite a bit stronger and more accurate... i still use .28s with it. I can hit an 8" target just about every time at 150 feet or so. i shot a bluejay with it before the mod, went right through the neck killed it... i feel bad for the guy. i got shot with it before mod at 150 ft. it left a nice welt and stayed red for 24 hrs or so. overall i would get this gun if i were you and mod it half way

Funny, this mod doesn't seem to work on my MK1.

After trying this out, I shot at the bottom of a coke can. Makes a hole but the BB doesn't penetrate and doesn't go into the can.

Using Aimtop Green gas and .2g BBs.

I have this gun but i would NOT recommend it. If you do not have the right holster the barrel could get dirty. Mines shooting 436 fps w/ .25s. (chronoed). Its hard to get in at Indoor and Outdoor games. Its VERY accurate but thats the only advantage.

Yes I do, you just have to put a washer behind the spring guide or put duck tape around the spring guide and put the spring back on

I think he made a mistake saying "950" because the video claims 550-600, although no field would ever let you shoot that still, it'd still probably just give you a nasty welt :). I suppose the golden rule would keep me from doing this though, as I KNOW I wouldn't wanna get nailed in the bare skin with it from 50 ft away! This is pure awesome for those who are just into target practice though :).

Watch my videos reguarding this gun. I drilled a hole into the upper receiver and mounted a rail via that hole and the hop up hole. If I want to adjust the hop up, I just take the barrel out of the gun and turn the screw on the hop up unit.

Then I'm using a regualar 20mm weaver mount scope ring to place on the rail and it has a 1 inch diameter to fit my scope.
