Hey Ron wonderful video full of talent and its me of a weekend but on week days it off the alarm goes @ 6am and into my running shorts and no undies some times a singlet or tee shirt and then across the road and the next 40 minute ist a relaxing run on the beach, and when i get back the shower scene is the same but its into a ( bag of fruit ) suit , shirt, and tie and off to work and of course an assortment of undies daily
