I am amazed at the continued response and very gratified.I just joined a week ago and am addicted. The number of flights we have greeted in up over 5500 now and 1,170,000 plus of the finest Americans have been met by those who feel honored to greet them.
It is wonderful what they do, not only greeting the troops, but seeing them off also. My son left to be deployed in Iraq just a week ago, and the Bangor greeters shook his hand and said goodbye and stay safe. God Bless them and their work.

I remember this place when I came back from Iraq, great feeling! Can't believe some of the douchebags just walking past without shaking hands.
