jp6869 Roger that you are correct! Wish to advise that the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group of Miami is making a push to established aviation training in Haiti. This is a community effort in conjunction with a few industry companies in Miami. On Friday 9th with the help of the Haitian Resource Development Foundation (hrdf.org) we are to meet Haitian officials at the George T. Baker Aviation School of Miami to take the first step to explore this possible project.

These are Hawker Hunters, in the markings of the Swiss air force. The Haitian corps of aviation never flew the Hunter. Besides various unarmed helicopters and transports, Haiti has operated the P-51D Mustang fighter, and armed T-28D Trojans and O-2A Skymasters in a close support role. I'm saddened to see that Haiti no longer has armed forces, and I hope to one day see that country's proud military aviation tradition continue.

those are dominican planes, check the markings on the wings, they were bought in the 1980's and have long since stopped working, if you want to get a close look at them, there is an impromptu air museum in the gates of the San Isidro military air base in Santo Domingo.

Use foreign donations to build permanent hurricane/earthquake proof prefab homes at $12K US each ( Dominican engineers proposed this to the gvmt )

No tax for any foreign investor ( create jobs )

reasonable income tax fom jobs created to be used to develop infraestructure

Disband teh military and police. Create volunteer force ( part time shifts ) or ask for international help ( nato, OAS, UN ) to patrol.
