  • what are the bikes parts?

  • someone please help me, im about to sell my 2005 giant stp ayton special edition, can anyone help me put the right price on? some parts are: halo sas rims, formula oro brakes, dirt jumper 1 forks, it has a little rusty skrews, and some scrathes on the frame, please help me! =)

  • how many dents on your back rim so far?

  • that was sikkkkk!

  • fucking great

  • no helmet o.O

  • Im 6'1'', and my friend has a REGULAR SIZE stp ss, think it'll fit me ? or will my legs be smashing the bars.

  • that bike looks sweet

  • amazing stuff man, just wondering though, how much do you deflate your tires? and how are they tubeless tires cause they never seem to burst :D Thx

  • if he would have fell at 1:17 , he would be screwed

  • how long you ridin for plz reply

  • nice

  • Sick riding, what kind of fork do you use?

  • @ghadimi505 - Its a Fox F-100. Light and stiff. It has held up well for the riding I do so far. :)

  • dude your sick but you should wear a helmet all the time not just sometimes

  • awsome riding man.

  • hey i hav 2 questions is dat stp '09 or '10 and either 1 do u av the single speed or the one with gears????? please write back tnx

  • @madhatter0096 - The frame is 2009, and I just built all the parts up from there, so it isn't like something at the store. I made it a 3 speed with a small ring up front, 26 tooth.

  • @bikerike153 u ever thought about getting a inspierd they might be alil be a little better for your riding then a stp

  • @rdensmore18 - Actually yes, I have been looking at the new 26 inch street trials frame the HEX. I've wanted shorter chainstays, so I think it would be pretty awesome. I haven't wanted to go to 24 inch though. Part of the challenge to me is doing this stuff on a full size-ish mountain bike. So yeah, good chance Hex is on the way. I had an injury though so havent been able to do too much other than casual biking. Hopefully Ill be back and on a new bike with a better video summer or so! :)

  • @bikerike153 yea there really sick trial frames (from what i have seen) becase there a cross over bettween the dj and trial styile pluss danny macaskill rides for them so they cant be bad

how the hell do u bunny hop decently any ways i can only get like 2 - 3 feet

  • very cool, i have a feeling if i started trying that i would end up laying on the ground and hurting badly, i'm thinking about getting one of these bikes, look really cool

  • nice vid Issac! So cool so aweome!

  • hey im wondering if that bike is all factory or did you modify it and if u did what are they? do u have the original sized crank?

  • I just bought the frame and totally built it up after that. My cranks are 170's and just a 26 tooth up front with a small bashguard. Gives me some clearance to mess around and not hit stuff. :) So, just a small ring up front, they usually come with small and middle chainrings on the front.

  • @bikerike153is this single spped?

  • hey im wondering if that bike is all factory or did you modify it and if u did what are they? do u have the original sized crank?

  • thanks is your one a stp 1 by the way?

  • @nbenja3 The Frame was the limited Lenosky edition, and I totally built it from the ground up, so it isn't really any model. I wanted to make it lighter/my own color scheme than what you would buy stock. :)

  • hey what inch is your bike im buying a 14inch stp1 and im like 166 cm :L

  • @nbenja3 Sounds like you are getting the small. Mine is the medium and I think around 16 inches. 14 inch sounds good for your height though, so you made the right choice! ;)

  • nice video and bike how much do the stp's way?

  • @2007NorcoWolverine - My STP is about 26 pounds since I built it up how I wanted it. I think stock they are more like 30-31 ish.

  • Ur Awesome Mate! Lovin The Bike, I Got The Stp1, I Wanted Tha1 Its Lush

  • Thanks for the info!!! Hope to see your new video soon, full of awesome tricks! :)

  • Oh I forgot to ask: what's your gear setting when your doing tricks? I want to practice, see if I can do some of them. thanks! really inspiring video!!

  • @manumitir - In the video it was 26-24 for Hopping 'Trials' stuff, and 26-19 for moves with a bit more speed. As I said, now I am going with 26-20 and although a bit hard for trials, is still okay for some gaps etc. I am getting used to it more and more.

  • Great video! I'm about to buy a STP. but I just have a question: how many tooth is your crankset? the stock STP comes with a 36t, but the one on your bike seems smaller, like a 25 maybe.

  • @manumitir - I am running 26 up front right now, and a 20 tooth in the back. When I made this video I had 3 speeds, but now I went to just one. 26-20 seems to be pretty good for all around stuff, but having a few speeds is nice too. 26 tooth allows you to just have a small gear upfront, and use a small bashguard so you have a lot of clearance on the front sprocket area. That clearance helps a lot for certain tricks, and it is smaller/lighter too. Good luck with your STP! :)

  • Thanks Elliot. I really like the color scheme etc too. I was pretty specific when I chose what colors to build it with. I'm glad you noticed and appreciated it. :)

Hopefully a new video will be in the works soon. Grad school was rough this year.

  • im am actually in love with this bike, love the colour, forks frame, and what you can do on the dam bike, well do looks great

  • very good, i have a giant stp spesial edition 2005 and after i saw this i start train on trail-biking ;P

  • i have a giant stp 2 2007 in black, they are sick frames ;)

  • Wow, this is awesome! You definitely got talent. =) Also you took a video in the great place. Haha.

  • @minji1108 - Yeah, I miss Korea. I hope to go back for a month or so this summer. I'd like to go longer but have too much work to do for grad school.

  • what model giant was that? i know it was the stp but what yeah was it and like model?

  • I just bought the frame and built it up with my own parts, including building wheels for what I needed. I kinda wanted to make up my own color scheme too with the white fork, seat and cables. Never hurts to look good. :)

  • you did a fucking good job mate the bike looks soooo nice how much did it cost you in the end.

iv got a DMR drone custom

let me know when ur making a new video this is sick

  • lenosky edition . but all the stp have the same frame its just the graphics are dif

  • Man your skills are very well. But a Giant Stp is not the best bike for trial.

  • Thanks man. About the bike though, I just had one bike in Korea so it needed to be able to do many things, not just trials. I like the challenge of doing trials on a more normal bike too. :)

  • same ***

  • name, i have a giant stp SS :P

  • man, that was sick!

  • Thanks for the comment! Hopefully I will make another one this coming spring. Stay tuned! :)

  • I have a Giant Stp too. =) Halo combatt wheels and Ns bar. xD

  • Круто =)

    Cool =)

  • which disc brakes ? thank you vvery much :P

  • Avid BB7 although they haven't been as good as I hoped. Sometimes perfect, sometimes not so good, seem to change a lot. I might look for other options soon. :)

  • are bb7 hydraulics or mehanics discs ? i have bb5. and they sucks

  • Trials? On a Freeride bike? (Well so Giant say it is a freeride bike but don't cover it if you break it when doing Freeride)

I've watched less than 40 secs and I know this is going to be good.

  • THATS NO BIKE

  • @forgottenxfriend

    ...What?

  • My Fork is a Fox - F-100. Basically the light 100mm travel fork fox makes. I think it is a 2008 or 2009 model. It has been good to be so far. :)

  • !!! PROFESSIONAL !!! GOOD WORK really... am which fork dou you goot..

  • which fork do you use?

I have STP too.but recently i'veI got my fork broken and i'm looking for a replacement.

    nice vid BTW.

  • :53 thats cute :D

  • how much was your bike?

  • Since I built it up part by part it cost a bit more, but I think it is worth the ability to make it what you want. It was around $2500 or so.

  • How do you learn to do this, like the balance coordination, How did you learn how to turn the bike w/o falling etc.

  • Just practice really. Ride things at your level and keep building and progressing. I wish there was some 'trick' to it but it isn't that simple I'm afraid.

Thanks for the comments everyone! :)

  • this is so sick, props man, didnt they some1 could do that kind of stuff with a dj bike, but u made it happen

  • sounds like Chris King in the end of the video)

Your riding is so nice... Wish could do a half of that)

    Waiting for new videos

  • Geiles Video, echt respekt!!! Hast du suoer gemacht!

I'll take your video as an inspiration to practice further.

    Gruß Benni

  • wow i didnt know it was possible to do trial on STP

i thought this bike was only made for dirt jumping and bmx type of riding

  • the STP was designed by Jeff Lenosky, who is a street a trials rider :P

  • wouldent mind being tought english by you!

  • Dude your pivots are super tidy! i think you have some real great skills and your hops are pretty great, some advice that I offer you is that you could do so much better riding a "trials dedicated bike" STP's are great! for learning though they are rather bulky and limit you immensly imo you have some great skills and it could be about time you spent some money on a dedicated mate keep up the good work (Y) -lazyact-

  • Alex,

Saying something is motivating is the best compliment and really what I hope these can be. More people out having fun, being healthy, pushing themselves.. That is the good life. :)

For gears I made it a 3 speed to always keep a pretty straight chain line for rolling backwards and just overall keeping the chain on. 26 up front, and 24-19-13 in the back. Trials, street, speed. Most vid is in trials mode with some in street. Good luck recovering!

    -Isaac

  • well done ike! awesome vids! really motivating. quick question: what gears are you running on your STP?

alex (looking forward to getting on my bike once the knee heals)

  • fake!!!

you see it's just dolls on a small but VERY realistic course, and the biker is on strings.

    good job!!!

  • Thanks for all the positive comments. It always helps motivate me for the next one. :)

  • ur awesome!!!

  • WOW!!!, almost as good as the tennis court park, The kids and I are amazed. Not bad for your first day on a bike.

  • Bro, that was fantastic.

I had an stp, but sold it for a 24uk. I never thought I would be able to do this on mine, especially with the Marz Dirt jumper 3's that weigh 400 lbs.

    much props to you

  • Korea is very pretty and Ike D is, as always, an artist on two wheels with the terrain as his canvas.

All the same, welcome back to the States!

  • SO COOL
