Three tips....
1. Tilt your head to the side, so that the bubbles don't go up your nose and irritate you.
2. Try looking up when you clear the mask, it will make it a lot easier for you.
3. Don't get into the habit of using the 'thumbs up' signal for anything else other than ASCEND.

I hated mask removal,,,,especially in the Northwest fridgid waters.. I finally got threw it,,,,But then I got certified for rebreathers...guess what??? Mask Removal again...........When will the torture end???
