have you ever been diagnosied with fibromyalgia? I know many people with FMS also have sjogren's syndrome.
i have FMS and will be tested on monday for sjogrens. i stay away from gluten and additives and preservitives in foods and meds. organic vegs/fruits.and no meat except for fish and free range eggs...and i agree grass fed...i may steer away from eggs..i have also found omega 3 and also other supplemnets help .good info..i am glad you are using this to educate people.
