I am from Karachi and I am not Punjabi. I used to think that PCB is biased but slowly I have realised Punjab has produced much better players than Sindh e.g Wasim, Waqar, Inzamam, Aaqib etc.. Just look at the Sindh players who were given chance in international cricket and many of them haven't performed. You might need source to get to the international scene but after that you have to perform and apparently Sindh players havent' performed.

I born and raised in karachi but my mother tongue is Punjabi as my parent came from punjab and settled in karachi.

it is simple mathematics yaar 60 percent population lives in Punjab so more probability of producing player but in Sindh only two cities Hyderabad and Karachi have the potential to produce cricketers but in Punjab you can find cricketers like waqar from a small village of burewala.
