The majority of people who have endured this horredous Nazi-style torture report that they have lost their personality, their motivation, their gifts and talents and their life!

ECT works for depression full stop. The main thing that holds ECT back is misinformed people like yourself spouting beliefs as truths henceforth creating a negative stigma around an otherwise safe and effective treatment

It create damage brain forever. Mental institution's doctor like to torture patients to relieve the drepsseion of their lifes. There is alternative treatments, but this sick medicine likes to torture a poor guys, like they enjoyed to make lobotomy to people with any undesirable behavior. Why don't you fry your own brain with it?

I have seen my wife go through a number of suicidal episodes, drugged like a zombie and locked up in a ward for sparatic and violent behavior. ECT is only thing that has brought her back to a normal life. She has lost some memories, but I would trade the loss of memory for having normality back in our lives any day.
