Also, Flamethrower was OP : for 75 $ you can destroy everything easily. The biggest balance problem with KKND 1 was probably the imbalanced OPness of Flamethrower being too strong. That is common to both races.

you played very sloppily, you didn't space your units out and had your barrage craft shoot your own vehicles and infantry and kill them, very very sloppy. You should also have gotten the barrage craft sniper team in, that will destroy multiple evolved bases in a matter of minutes.

I really remember back then when I play against the AIs and having allies, I would race them to get that oil reserve if not, I would just order my tanker to steal their oil. xD Great game, I have yet to find KKND: Extreme or KKND2: Krossfire in a geniune disc version. Dark Colony was an extremely fun game - I remember having the demo of that somewhere - I never did complete the demo of it :( although - I found the KKND Xtreme demo fun :D

I watched the video because I wanted to see a footage of KKND Extreme, which was one of my very favorite games, however you ruined some of the experience by wacking of the perfect KKND music and replacing it with your emo shit garbage.

I'm very silly if that's the case. I do believe that the majority of the people who listen to this kind of music have similar opinions, lifestyles and dress code.
That kind of metal is for losers who think the screaming is "cool".
I can see that you comment this way because you "Love the music! ^^", and I won't hold a grudge for you trying to stand up for your genre, however I AM saying that we would never agree, because KKND music was the BEST, and this guy replaced it with emo shit garbage.

I'm not retarded enough to subscribe to a particular genre. I, as many others, do have a favourite genre, but this isn't it.
I just have a problem with people who think they can judge people based on one song (or genre) they like. You would have a hard time with me then since I like disco, classical, slow-rock, death-metal, ambient etc before this kind of music.
I replied as I did (first comment) because I'm sick of hearing the same thing to just about everything. It was just a nice change

Okay first of all, I stereotype people who usually like to be stereotypes, like people who dress in black just because they listen to the same fucken music.
The music in KKND Extreme is raw, it's extremely well done and fits the enviroment and gameplay perfectly. The thing that annoyed me is that the poster of this video seemed like another gamer who listens to metal and thinks it's "real cool" to hear all the screaming and other noises coming from the retarded vocalist.

I'd say KKND Xtreme has a more..Fun gameplay than KKND2 Krossfire.
Albeit I haven't played KKND2 Krossfire as much as KKND Xtreme - But from what I've played of Krossfire I prefer Xtreme.

Omg, this brings back memories. I really remember back then when I play against the AIs and having allies, I would race them to get that oil reserve if not, I would just order my tanker to steal their oil. xD Great game, I have yet to find KKND: Extreme or KKND2: Krossfire in a geniune disc version. I have a cracked version but it crashes after a couple story missions on either side...

KKND was the first PC RTS I ever played. It rocked. It was so frickin hard cuz of the good AI, the graphics were way ahead C&C.

My CD broke, I think either my brother or I stepped on the CD case and broke the CD.
The Torrents of the game dont include the single player missions, which is annoying.

KKND1 & XTREME WAS GOOD GAME. It's better than KKND2:crossfire(same units lol).
I can't clear original's two mission(surv 11? which mission start at south and enemy base spread in north. and evo's last mission) and all of extreme mission.(-_-)

Dark Colony was an extremely fun game - I remember having the demo of that somewhere - I never did complete the demo of it :( although - I found the KKND Xtreme demo fun :D

i remember when this game was released! the c+c clones were coming on fast and furious in those days, i think 1997 also saw the rather good Dark Colony come out.
