Planes could look like triangles because they have lights on their wings and tail. Also, even if at first it sounded and looked like a helicopter, the wind may have changed, and then the sound could have "gone with the wind" . So, very hard to make conclusions from a distance so far.

Yes I am from ireland and saw this aswell! im staying in Pershagen in Sodjertelje. it did sound like a helicopter aswell and it got silent write back if u see it again ;)

That's actually nothing comparing to the video interview with a real alien on U.S. Military base, which was leaked a few days ago.. that video is really SHOCKING and if you don't have 18, I don't even recommend you to watch it.
