Friden has absolutely ruined In Flames. Listen to his shit side project Passenger and then listen to Jesper's side project Dimension Zero. It's obvious that Anders is pushing them to try to break the US market. If you look at the writing credits for Reroute to Remain, it says that the music is written by Stromblad/Gelotte/Friden. If you look at everything before RTR, you'll notice that Friden is only given credit for lyrics, not the music. FUCK YOU ANDERS!!! YOU RUINED ONE OF MY FAVORITE BANDS

Since Colony and up until ASOP it was always those 3 guys that got credited with the music, although Björn & Jesper were the ones who actually WROTE the music. Side project are just that, side projects. Doing things that are different from your own band to vent out other musical ideas or whatever, otherwise you'd use them for your own band unless they were different.

You got the 2005 re-release version, wich Track 10 on the original release, "Clad In Shadows", became Track 2 on this re-release, however this was not shown on the tracklist, so each track after track 2 ended up being credited as the track before, it, e.g. "Clad In Shadows", Track 2, was still credited as "Lunar Strain", "Lunar Strain" was credited as "Starforsaken", and so on.

@bloodyrockfire I'll agree with you, after hearing their new single I had this EXACT revelation myself. Clayman is my favorite album of theirs and it's not going to change for a long time, if ever. I would like to see them perform their older works live now though. It would give them new fans if they redid their older albums so they could sound much clearer, though they were going for this sound at the time of this album.

In Flames is history for me, they were a legend, now they are a commercialized failure.

Also, this Mikael Stanne from Dt. Stanne was Rythm guitar and backing vocals at Dt from beginning till Skydancer, then Session singer for In Flames at Lunar Strain(1993) and then Dts singer till now. Anders was lead vocals at Dt till Skydancer (1992 I think) and then since Jester Race(1995) at In Flames. These bands have common past thats why they are both similar somehow and really awsome. By the way, at subterranean the singer is Henke Fors(He was only 14 lol!!!).
