  • WORST Hornline in DCI History---NOT !!!

  • I was in 7th grade when my brother took me finals in '84. This show and BD is what inspired me to stay in the band program, and eventually 5yrs later march Star of Indiana. Thanks for the post. Great show, great memories, great times!!

  • Classic show beginning of a new era in DCI. The guard did not "tricks" they never touched the ground; this opening number they are using hats not flags. The show started and never stopped, constant music, heart, and motion. Wow. Glad I was there to see this live. The beginning of the three-peat as I recall of Cadets (Garfield) winning three in a row.

  • The 3peat started in '83

  • Jimmy Prime and the Cadets at their very best!! Probably the best overall show of the20th century DCI corps!! Great horn book!!

  • there's more emotion and feelings in this 1:45 of music and drill then all of the shows the Cadets have done in the last 10 years.

  • Hey where is the z-pull?

  • @ICUCME9 That was in '83..

  • Ya, where is the rest of the show?! That year is one of my favorites!!

  • Where's the rest!

  • Why do the Cadets move from city to city and change the name so much? Holy Name, Garfield, Bergenfield, hackensack, etc. I still prefer "Garfield" the best.

  • Sponsorship since they are non-profit. (Insurance, etc...)

  • @odcv1

  • @odcv1 Do you have the rest of the show on video? I was in the Cadets and would love to get the full show on DVD!
