@0814ma That sounds right, since the Rescue 911 episode aired on May 15, 1990. I posted the full clip as a response.

Through my university, I have access to online newspaper archives (including full-text PDF of The New York Times going back to the 1850s). Most newspapers publish "TV Tonight" articles, and the New York Times archive includes the full grid listings, so it's usually easy for me to find out the particular date on which a particular program aired.

I've been fascinated by dates ever since I was a little kid. I even memorized the calendar.

Throw Momma from the Train is pretty funny, BTW.
