I can answer both Questions

To gonzalez604: Use Z-Items that increase their battle power, like Attack, defense, Ki, Blast 1, Blast 2, Ultimate Blast, etc and go into either Ultimate Challenge or keep fighting in Story Mode.

But, keep in mind that you can only go as far as level 122, only 3 characters in Story Mode have battle levels over 300(SPARTA!!!)(Raditz in Saiyan Saga, Dodoria in Frieza Saga and Buu Saga Gohan in Buu Saga) and they unlock a what if story for each of them

Now, to rathu06: It's easy with the Wii-mote

To Teleport, use the Down botton on the D-Pad on the Wii-mote, my secret is smack them up a bit and press D-Pad Down along with a Direction with the Anolog Stick on the Nunchuk to get behind them and then rape their asses(metaphorically speaking)
