Yeah, I reccomend if your DPS is really strong, stop the DPS on Shannox at about 35% then hop onto Rip, kill him, then have the tank usually have the other 5% down by the time Rip is down and pop CD's and burn, gg.

We just did this with a much easier strat (10m). 2 tanks, 3 heals, 5 DPS. One tank on Shannox the whole fight, the other on Riplimb.

1) Immediately DPS down Rageface.

2) Once Rageface is down, DPS Shannox down to 40%.

3) DPS down Riplimb.

4) Lust/Warp and nuke Shannox into oblivion.

As long as your tank is geared and staggers their cooldowns, this fight is easy mode.

You down rageface, take Shannox to 40-35% and burn down riplimb, then finish off Shannox.

Em, I'm sorry, Aliena, but this strategy *might* work for you, but it's ten times harder than the actual strategy. It's simple, 1 tank tanks Shannox, 1 tank tanks Riplimb. The tank that tanks Riplimb stands close to a trap 24/7, and when he sees the spear is about to be thrown, he freezes riplimb, and both tanks start moving away from each other. That's the best way to reset it, and it works at 3 stacks. Overthreating is just too complicated

There is a very clear different way to do this. 30% from one add is no biggie imo if heals are redirected well. so imo (not tested yet, keep u posted) you can kill rageface asap with ranged dps and keep rim in trap on cd of debuff. go ahead and nuke the boss and nukeheal the tanks that rotate im. Benefits? always easier to heal tanks than raid members, especially clothies so one dog instead of 2 is a huge dif.have to see how all the dmg scales tho. seems to me its better tho. lets c. happy hunt

The issue we are having on 10 man is that Rageface keeps running into the frost trap and then we don't have a trap to use on Riplimb.

You can keep your raid on the move to be clear off the traps and not on a line w melees and the traps. But that is too much time wasted moving. maybe u should crit Rageface enough times to pop him on a plate dps and leave him there, not crit him while rim is in need of trap. just a thought.
