I have the ISO image of bartpe, it boots but i get to one spot in the boot

  • So i took my iso image, and i made it an img file. i have tried the iso and the img, it loads to the mem kernel, and then gets to the booting part and freezes.. I'm not sure if it is in my default config file.

any help how the instructions for the default thanks.

  • dude how do u load your images in to PXElinux? I just dont get it.

I get it to the part where it saids unable to location confiuation, i dont know how to get the menu and i dont know how to add img to the menu.

i have it running on a tftp server and windows dhcp any help thanks!

  • mh i just take the iso file and copied to the servers tftp dir. Then i edited the config file, edited the pxe config file and it booted up. the problem is, that the server, which hosted my pxe images is now down and the backups are on another server... if i find them i can tell you my pxe config.

I made this with a linux server, my friends tried it on a win 2k8 server and failed, because the pxe on this server is a little bit different to the linux one... i hope it helped

  • Are you dutch?
