Ok. sorry. My source said that Rick had brought a Cherokee Flag Song into the circle. Then again, my source has been known tho repeat a lot of hearsay.
Maybe Rick Bird has sung this song. I composed this song in the spring of 1995 in Allentown Pennsylvania next to a Cemetary. I set up Cedartree Singers there with only 3 other singers and we won the singing contest. It was me Michael Rose, John Mark Rose, Wayasti Richardson and Dan Addi. I composed the tune and the words and the proper translation from our in-law Chester Henson a fluent Cherokee Language speaker in Hulbert OK. I put this song on the drum in the summer of 1996 for anyone to sing.
@NativeWire How can I claim to own anything freely given me by Creator? Why must everyone know that I was chosen to deliver Creator's message? The fewer who know and the more who sing is my reward. Da lo ni ge Git le
I'd love to hear this at a Pow Wow

@Pictish76 It's awesome. When Cedar Tree used to come around my neck of the woods, I danced to them a lot as a kid.
