  • Yyyiihhaaaa

  • mrkazaddum du übersetzt Menno mit Damn???

  • Do you hear that?

Alexander the Great and his soldiers go into battle!

Postscript: This has nothing to do with the current Slavic Macedonia, or FYROM.

  • Menno ,die coole Rede am Anfang fehlt : /

Damn ,the cool speech at the beginning is missing : /

  • LAUSITZEN SORBEN!NAPRED BRACA!!!!!!

  • KOLO PEMBE!I DANAS SE IGRA SIROM BALKANA

  • There is a village in the western part of the Republic of Macedonia called Skudrinje ('Скудриње' written in Macedonian language). The name Skudrinka is a noun derived from the name of the village, according to the grammar of the Macedonian language. In this village there is a folk dance called Skudrinka that is played for centuries and is characteristic only for this village. Thanks to all the groups that play a song with this name. Best regards to all of you.

  • I just found out about this band ... and I like !!!

  • this song it's from village name skudrinje

  • Its not the only band who have a song named Skudrinka.

In Extremo, Saltatio Mortis and Ingrimm have one too. And they are all similar. (Saltatio Mortis' version is my favourite)

  • @Mofl2328

In Extremos version is called "Ich kenne alles" ("I know everyone"). That's my personal favourite, but the three are great!

  • It's obviously based on the tradition of the Lussatians (Luzhichki Serrbi) The name of the song has Slavic roots. :-)

  • bhaaaaaaaaaa

  • find ich nett dass die auch mal was slavisches spielen. sollten sie öfter machen.

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I adore them

  • Who are these guys, i am confused? But it sounds good.

  • @jovanbabunski corvus corax :)

  • @jovanbabunski

ooo vojvodo, ko je mogao znati da i ti slusas ovo! hahaha

    aj pozz

  • @Wiligot To me budi svako jutro. Pozdrav

  • Some guys connect Corvus Corax with the term 'Gothic' because the chaps actually were involved in the making of the soundtrack for the game "Gothic" :D

  • Sorry but In Extremo had a "secret gig" in gothic playing "Herr Mannelig"

  • great!

  • Perhaps you're all confusing the Goth counterculture with the actual Germanic tribe called the Goths. I think that's what all those people are referring to. Ever read Titus Andronicus? Ever use Wikipedia? lol

  • that's nice but not Gothic

  • According to one of the members, this song was one of two they just re-recorded for the pilot of the upcoming HBO show "Game of Thrones." They are in a scene in the show playing musicians during the feast at WInterfell.

  • I find the word "gothic" a lot around corvus corax. I mean, yes, medieval music, hence gothic somewhere, right? But gothic was the style of the cathedrals, a couple of centuries later it was literature and nowadays it's counterculture. And corvus corax does not remind me of any of those... it just makes me smile and wanna dance :D

  • me too and does anybody know there's two versions of this song? i didn't just figure that out, i've known for a while, but i thought it was cool, and idk if i can find the other version of this song...

  • Sorry for my bad english. Gothic or gothrock is a musicstyle in europe. But the reason that the word gothic is used with corvus corax is that they produce music for a pc game called gothic 3.

  • oh... cool :D thanks

and your english isn't bad. I dunno about mine though

  • @BraedenX

    You're absolutely right, mate!

Medieval / Folk / Germanic or something like that would definitely be more appropriate adjective to describe Corvus Corax.

I love them, they too make me smile and enjoy life!

  • @BraedenX

    Folk maybe?:)

  • @BraedenX No there stands "Gothic 3 Soundtrack" they have done Music for Gothic 3 and In extremo did some for Gothic 1 "Herr Mannelig".

    Greets

  • @BraedenX The reason why the word gothic is associated with corvus corax is that some of their music has been featured in the Gothic series of video games.

  • i could listen to this song all day and not get bored of it this song rocks

  • Me too. My favorite of theirs, however, is Ductia.

  • It is'nt a Skudrinka it's a DODET ! ! !

    Corvus I love yours music!

  • Very surprising resurrection of medieval music.

  • holy crap, i have to add this to the short list of good bagpipe songs, so far only amazing grace is on it.

  • this song rocks
