Here's the thing: If your bank is robbed and you have to be quick to give the robber the cash, how do you know if the cash you give him has the dye pack in the bag?

you don't, the teller has to manually put the dye pack in, its held on this metal plate thing, and when its removed, it becomes fully armed , when they step out of the door, which emits this radio wave, which fully arms the dye pack. it explodes a short time afterwards.
