Flamenco guitar doesn´t speaks spanish only...but great guitars players in flamenco and rumba world were not spanish: Django, Manitas de Plata, Tonino or Nanasso Baliardo for example.

Being able to play is nothing. One should be both able to play and TRANSFER his ideas to everyone who demand it. Paco de Lucia is a professional guitarist, but he just plays, does not teach anything. He contribute to nothing. He just plays, recored, and the uneducated tries to learn something from him. For something to be valuable it should be trasmitted successively and effectively to other generations. Otherwise, as it seems, it is a bullshit.

This is one of the most stupids comments I've ever read about Paco. It's not true that Paco was Tomatito's teacher, but Tomatito owns him almost everything he knows about flamenco. Paco is a pure creator, he made flamenco what it is today, a complex music full of soul and strenght. All flamenco guitar players, all the flamenco artists in general wouldn't be what they are without Paco, and you say that he contributed to nothing ?
