If my friends that are unsuccessful monetarily quit smoking they would still be un$uccessful, . The fed gives the state $30k/yr to house one inmate and the state intern pays a private co. $17k/yr. This makes biz $cents but violates our freedoms. US arrests 1M people a year on NONVIOLENT marijuana charges.
