@gummybearqueen321 I bought a cheap plastic skull at the store for like $5 then I used latex glue all over the head and stretched out cotton balls over to create a rotting flesh feel. Then I dipped some tissues in the latex glue watered down a bit and layed that all over the skull. It creates a shriveled dead skin. Then I used flesh tones and browns to paint rotting patterns on. I even stretched some cotton balls across the eyes to look like cobwebs were developing over them. =)

@gummybearqueen321 Thanks, it along with that corpse hand made out of pvc pipe and wire hangers made a real splash at the last haunted house.
