I've been selling GENUINE rolex watches online for a while now and I just bought out a large hoard of mens two tone(18k yellow gols and stainless steel) rolex datejusts, they have diamonds and come with an appraisal certificate. I bought a watch from watchcollecterhk and the strap buckle broke in a week and the the leather strap looks like plastic because it is! The asian movement keeps terrible time and everyday you have to readjust the time. The steel on the case and bracelet is very low grade and scratches even when wearing a long sleeve shirt. It looks like the real deal but won't last a week.
The rotating dial is only supposed to turn counterclockwise. The dial is designed to track air time when scubadving. A clockwise rotation can give you more time than you really have, resulting in killing you. Not sure how good the quality of this "rolex" is...
Because of the fact that if you travel you'll have to set the bezel to GMT + AND - if it was unidirectional, what makes perfect sense with a Submariner you had to fully rotate it to set it in one direction. It just would'nt make much sense.
This is a replica. He had to work to hard to change gears. Also, the numbers (the date) do not "roll over" they CLICK over. This is a NICE replica, but nonthless, a replica.

Man this is fake. Rolex never made this model plus the finish on the side looks awful. The fake giveaway was it was being handled by chinese hands. You know their pinky finger nail is always long and pointed. It's used to pick noses - no offense, just telling the truth.
@Tabbyf , Rolex did it, look on Ebay and put on the square search "rolex dlc" and see several watches, daytona's, gmt's, explorer's, sea dweller's.... all in PVD.
@elgrone77, ok found out these are real rolex watches that got customized. I guess there's a market for these but resale value is not as great as compared to an original. You can always customize an original rolex but cannot uncustomize it anymore.

Actually the GMT Master II has a bidirectional bezel.
The Submariner has a bezel that only rotates counterclockwise.

@elgrone77, ok found out these are real rolex watches that got customized. I guess there's a market for these but resale value is not as great as compared to an original. You can always customize an original rolex but cannot uncustomize it anymore.
