I know why the champions cannot win. It's because even they haven't figured out how to switch. I've had harder times against bugsy in pokemon stadium 2, just because they programmed the ability to switch into stadium 2.

This reminds me of when I beat Cynthia on Diamond for the first time. It was down to my shiny Luxray against the pain in the arse Milotic which was built like a tank and had between a quarter and third of health left. When Milotic missed, I screamed in my head "YES! LUXRAY, DISCHARGE THAT MOTHERFUCKER!". Good times lol.
