This is great, also like Lawrence Welk's humorous intro. Nice to see he doesn't take himself seriously, unlike todays so called stars. Right at the end of this clip you can see the start of a song with his singers. Could you post this song aswell please?
This deserves mention as probably the only time, Lawrence played an
arrangement from so far back in his career, The was released in the
early 40's on Decca records. "Pound your Table Polka" was the title. This
is probably from the origianl manuscripts.
