  • Yes we have black people in Ireland. Why not?

  • The black irish are the scottish bastards who planted themselves in the North/Ulster 400 years ago

  • @TirEoghainTim

Now, that's silly, comeon TiEoghain - It was mostly english who went to the north - themselves english planted, taking on the mc prefix. don't, in the 21st century play into the hands of a 16th century plan. the scots were driven from the borders, those that stayed very rarely complied with the english+ it was their english forced labour who went to ireland. 2ND POINT: the scots who gave their heritage and came to control scotland came from scotland (ulster) in th 1st place

  • @eoinroe47 As for your 1st point It was the scottish who planted ulster with Hamilton Montgomery and Millers who took the land of there own occord. As for your second, well, it doesnt make any scense!!

  • OMG! I'm black Irish and now I know what it means ...oh really, no ?

  • This is how dumb fucking americans think of the irish as a leprechaun.

  • @TomAraya23 nope just JD's Imagination

  • Oh look! Another whiney twat who thinks his hardships outweigh those of any other! How ya doin, little buddy? ;DDD

  • Forever present -- that stupid Lepurcan with Caster Hat n' shoes. Dear Lord how stupid it looks. Talk about stero typed ! It's worst than the Nast Cartoons.

  • I actually thought this was going to be about Irish people of spanish descent. Oh well.

  • in 5 or 10 years time this will not be a good joke anymore

  • @PokeFan2845 Because of the increasing amounts of black people coming to Ireland, primarily from Nigeria.

  • @InvadersBeGone Good to know, i'll take that knowledge to the grave with me.

  • @InvadersBeGone Check up Irish history and you will see that out of all Europeans, the Irish are the nearest descendant from Africa, have you never heard of the Black Irish?

  • @philyB08 Ireland, as the USA, is a country of racial mix. There weren't any red haired Irish in Ireland 'til the Vikings arrived. Black Irish is a reference to the Spainish influence, i.e. Milesius of Spain. The aforementioned "Milesius of Spain, may be traced some 40 (+) generations. It is far too extensive to post.

  • @ernstbecker1 Yes i know the Basque people, which are the oldest race in europe if you look it up, also the Blacl Irish refers to Irish slaves brough the Carribean along with African slaves, you should chekc it out.

  • @philyB08 The Basque's are the oldest race in Europe? They aren't a race-- they're a "nationality". There are basically three: white, black and yellow. History records the Neandertals, near the Dussel River, Germany as having occupied the area. They were truly "old" indeed. I'm familiar Cromwells' dirty deeds. He deported Irish to Montseratt claiming that they would be "better off". Four years after his death, he was removed from his grave and hung.

  • @ernstbecker1 You really see it as black and white as Homo Neanderthalensis and Homo Sapien? Try including Cro-Magnon, Homo Heidelbergen just to name a few, there are new studies to show that there was a lot on interbreeding at different time spaces, to create distinct races even within Caucasian such as Slavic, and Basque. Have you not heard of RH negative or O type?

  • @philyB08 Sorry, I didn't realize that I was speaking to an anthropoligist/Medical doctor. From where and what medical university did you recieve your degree? Cro-Magnon Man wasn't a Neanderthal. If you dressed a Cro-Magnon Man in a suit and he walked down a city srteet he wouldn't turn an eye; however, Neanderthal Man would be recruited for a Holloywood movie. I've heard of the inter breeding and DNA. It tough to do after thousands of years.

  • @ernstbecker1 Paleoanthropoligist to be exact. Why do you seem to have an attitude, or is it just me? Yes i know Cro-Magnon looks like modern man today and that's because many people today have high Cro-Magnon percentage of Dna, scientists used to say that they were extinct, but science is constantly corrcting itself. I never said Cro-Magnon was a Neanderthal. I think you are taking from what i say to whatever suits you, just to have an argumet. Maybe i'm wrong.

  • @philyB08 Fien and dandy. You should be lecturing at a Univeristy and not on You Tube.

  • @ernstbecker1 Good man. you get two stars and a Dewey Button.

  • @ernstbecker1 actually ginger hair came from Africa

  • hahahHAhahaHAHahahahaha lol i cant ..... i cant HHhHHhHhaahahaaaaaaaaaa

  • TOP OF DEH MIZZLE TO YEH MEH LIZZLES!

  • fuck all irish

  • @rankingtrevor why don't you go munch on some more chodes.

  • @rankingtrevor i just cursed you. you will get piles on your arsehole.

  • @rankingtrevor Try it boyo. That with a samll "b" for your lesser brain size.

  • Correction for being Black Irish: Having dark hair and eyes rather than the traditional red hair and blue eyes

  • @LocoRico89 Living in Ireland I have to say that dark har is ALOT more common than being ginger ;]

  • @ilikepie308 Cool, my Spanish side is proud!

  • @LocoRico89 your a retard

  • @Stevenbfg You're* You're welcome

  • The best black irish.....Barack "O'Bama"

  • THIS TOTALLY MADE MY DAY!!!

  • I wish we actually talked like that in Ireland... :L

  • @TheWayIDancedWithYu haha i would totally visit Ireland if you guy did

  • A jewish man disappointed! Well, now that IS a shock!

    HAHA!

  • I am JD's wasted imagination

  • TOP OF THE MISSLE TO YA ME LISSLES :D

  • around 50,000 irish were sent as slaves to the caribbean in the 1600's, so they must have integrated with the african slaves. there must be thousands of african americans and afro- caribbeans with irish lineage

  • one band ... thin lizzy. an irish black man lead singer. phil linnot a legend in his time . rip

  • @Ni565 Heh, please tell me you're trolling: Phil Lynott was born in West Bromwich, and as far as I know, West Bromwich =/= Ireland.

  • @scottmarshall456 maybe so but on the late late show on his aniversery (spelt wrong sorry) his band members told story's when a usa talk show host said they came from a little place in england. Phil then started take the rest of the show explain where ireland was. besides he went to primary school in Crumlin (ireland) so he was more irish then english. and people in ireland will always see him as an irish man. thus my term irish black.

  • @Ni565 nd wasn't tolling

  • Americans don't realise there are actually afro irish people

  • The Y chromosome on almost every Irish male comes from northern Spain. Thats where black Irish comes from. Black hair and blue eyes.

  • @scientific1982 . . . are you dumb? A person with black hair is not a black person. A person of African decent is a black person. Watch the video before commenting next time.

  • @ChanniAntoinette The worst thing is that you dont know that you're stupid. Look up the term "black Irish" you complete tool.

  • @scientific1982 I don't care about black haired white people calling themselves black anything. I already know about it, and I think it's stupid that you even bother commenting about something no one else but "Black" Irish people even care about. No one cares about your hair colour. And, I don't care about what anyone says, I hold by it, a person with black hair is NOT a black person. I don't care, you are not black, and no one else cares about a missing "/" in a video title.

  • @ChanniAntoinette Calm down sweetheart you'll hurt your little head.

  • @scientific1982 That's actually a good idea. I woke up with a migraine this morning. :(

  • @ChanniAntoinette Nobody is calling them black people. The entirity of the term is with regards to hair and eye colour. Irish people don't consider themselves black. That's fucking ridiculous. Why would you even get pissy about your own misunderstanding of the term?

  • @ZKY2 Nahhh. Its to do with the british calling us "black" as derogatory. Not hair and eyes. Thats just wiki bullshit. Blue is the most common eye colour in ieland.

  • @YamaKazoo

Ur a fuckin idiot. the black irish are the old irish. ur so fucking stupid. ur mother shud b ashamed if shes still alive. ur not irish anyway sure uve no education. dumb

  • @eoinroe47 Whats an old irish ?

  • colin powell , barack obama = black irish?

  • @tubebellator You mean Colin Farrel right?

  • @Billehification no colin powell the secretary of state in bush2. there was a picture of him in an irish skirt.

  • @tubebellator Ah, my bad.

  • if you press 3 over and over it sounds like she's gobbling

  • start the video and press 6 :P your welcome

  • There are black Irish living in the West Indies. Why? Because of the little known Irish slave trade. Irish were the first slaves in the colonies and the west indies. Irish slaves were treated far worse than the black ones because they were cheaper and easier to get. Oliver Cromwell conducted the ethnic cleansing of Ireland and King James sold them as slaves.

  • @rugbymom75 Comwell sated that the Irsih would be "better off" being deprted from Ireland. Soem arrived in Monseratte. The English thought so well of Cromwell that after he was dead for 4 years they dug him up and hung him !

  • @ernstbecker1 LOL, "arrived" in Ireland, bad choice of words

  • Beer cubes lol

  • god damnit thats not what black Irish is

    change the title

  • @TheMuffinator100 Agreed. "Black Irish" actually refers to Irish people of a particular decent--I believe it's mostly Mediterranean (did I spell that right?)--that gives them dark hair and dark eyes, and sometimes more olive skin, as opposed to those of more Saxon ancestry, which makes them fairer and gives them red or blond hair. Black/Irish refers to someone who is of mixed black and Irish decent.

  • @glamourchick21 your kinda right but not really...

i am black Irish and it means that your ancestors mixed with people from the Iberian peninsula

    or Spain

when the armada who ever lived couldn't get home and lived with the Irish for the rest of their lives

created the characteristics in Ireland such as

    almost black hair

    blue eyes

    darker skin

and other ones i can't remember

  • Irish brother ..or...an irish

  • @Broodrood Oh, and you do realize that there are and were kings and queens in Africa, not just europe . Even though Blacks in Africa just popped up one day out of thin air

  • @Broodrood you are funny ! I will give you 4 thumbs down on the blacks didnt even exist at that time statement . Hey, what are the people on the horn of africa ? I bet you are gonna say they are white people and the dark ones are slaves they brought over to the horn, the whites moved out and left their piece of property on the horn, right ? lmao . Thanks for the laugh . Keep youtubin the false bullshit and white supemacy dogma, its fading away with each child born of color, everywhere

  • @Broodrood but fredrick douglass is an arab right ? because blacks didnt even exist back then . they didnt even show up until the 1950's and were found in area 51 in nevada .

  • @Broodrood And whats with the Arab thing ? You people sure love to say Arab, but apparently you all are only exposed to the youtube arabs. Mankind came out of Africa but africans did not exist ? That is really funny, even the hard liner whites admit white comes from Black, its not possible the other way around, and just bcuz there is one white racist in the bunch does not mean all are, people have been mixing for some time now, Fredrick Douglass married a white woman even during slave days

  • @Broodrood So inbreeding made this Queen appear African ? Why dont the whites in Amerca look African then, there is atrocious amounts of incest in their bloodlines, especially in the southern states mountains . There is no painting around of her that even attempts to not show her mulatto features, only whites today try and deny it. Also, I never said all royalty in europe were Africans.

  • @Broodrood It is not a surprise to see your rebuttle, just like when the Negro League players beat the shit out of the whites in babseball, their reply was , "Boy, those Cubans sure can play" .Didnt want to admit that they were beat by Blacks in America, and consistently beat . This Queen was of African ancestry, Black African, and Moors, my friend, came in different hues, not like whites who are one single color. She was a mulatto, and you will NOT change that by any means .

  • @Broodrood Queen Charlotte Sophia of England, married to King George, she was sub saharan African, and nursed him back to health. She invented the Kew Garden in England as well as the oldest standing hospital in England to this day, amongst other accomplishments . So yes, she was Black .

  • Reminds me of Demoman from TF2...though hes scottish :/

  • im irish, plenty of black folks in my area.

i know one black irish woman, shes pretty fat, jewish, a lesbian and a communist.

think she used to live in texas.

  • Barrack Obama is black irish..

  • @Broodrood LOL - Shut up you moron. What the fuck does that mean anyway 'You're a traitor to your blood?' - Since when does blood define anyone? Read a book - it might save you from eternal ignorance.

  • @Broodrood keep constipating watson, you self loathing fool

  • I know a Black traveler

  • Pray the video and press 6 repeatedly. You're welcome.

  • beer cubes are awsome

  • I love how people are having arguments on a scrubs video... oh youtube

  • Best part is when you play the video and press 8

  • HA! from the moment I saw heard that line I nearly had a heart attack.

  • I'm a proud Black-Irish! =D

  • @Netherwolf6100 do you live in ireland? i'm interested in study abroad I would love to learn more about the country.

  • @Dunnygirl21 i do, really its a great place, you need to learn from experience

  • @Dunnygirl21 it is a great place to study, great environment. plus many people are coming from all over the world to study here, so its quite diverse and you'd meet loads of people!

  • @yayjohnnydepp oh sounds great....what about waterford ireland have you been there?

  • @Dunnygirl21 Waterford is lovely. I've only been there during the summer, by the seaside and I really enjoyed. As a student though, Galway city is a MUST. Great place!

  • I miss this show so much =(

  • Guts and Glory, Lads!

  • ireland the land of kings and queens read ur history books gobshits

  • cmon the irish :D scrubs is some show me laddies :L

    slan go foill :)

  • @barry197 um... yeah it did have Kings and Queens, there was:

    - Brian Boru

    - Queen Meave

    - various High Kings (Ard Rí na hÉireann)

    - Domnall ua Néill (a High King)

    - Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair (the last High King of Ireland before Henry VIII took control)

Look it up on wikipedia, or try your local library

  • 11 people are not Black Irish

  • @juniorg1983 actually, i heard a white irish guy admit the first queen of ireland was black.

  • @MaryIsOKYea Is that a joke or are you as thick as shit. We dont have a queen in Ireland, let me guess you are an uneducated american ignorant of everything outside of your own state?

  • @TheFcasey I hope you are not "Irish". If you are you the one who is as dumb as shit. Ireland may not have a modern monarchy system, but it has indeed a history of kings and queens, Mr. shit-for-brains.

  • @MaryIsOKYea Ireland was never ruled by Kings or Queens ever, Mr shit-for-brains.

  • @barryl97 Of course it was, shit face.

  • @MaryIsOKYea haha no it didn't they were farmers in big familys called clans for example the O ' Neils and Butler so shove it up your hole and go to school.

  • @barryl97 Are you still blabbering? Go learn more about irish history and you'll find they did have a monarchy system. Now go shove it up your own hole.

  • @barryl97 Yeah, sorry to say bro, but Ireland had quite a large history of monarchs. It's sad you try and talk about something you have no clue about as if you knew what you were talking about.

  • @barryl97 Yeah, hang on, sorry, what age are ye? Have you ever been educated? Éireann as and ancient monarchy tradition. I study ancient Irish history, archaeology, mythology and culture in general at third level here in Éireann and going back until at least a good few centuries B.C. there has been numerous kingships throughout the island.A generally accepted estimate is that there was at any given time at least 150 kings throughout the island, not to mention the more powerful provincial kings

  • @AgBorragh has an ancient...:)

  • @barryl97 of Connacht, Ulaid, Mumaid, and Laigain, and the Árd Rí of Teamair to boot. As persephinae said up until Ruairí Uí Conchobair before Henry VII took a big shite on all the craic! ;) (Ruairí actually translates to Red King, or Great King depending on the spelling). So before ye go getting all abusive and revved up, do yer most basic research there lad(or lass). But I'm sure your heart was in the right place :) We have a rich, ancient and fascinating history, study it!

  • @barryl97 Táin Bó Cualigne, the national epic, deals with the story of Queen Medb. Of course it was also ruled by every Monarch of Britain from King Henry the Eighth in 1541 to King Edward VIII in 1936, as a sidenote.

  • Push 8 ! :D

  • I have a friend who's Black/Irish... He doesn't talk like that... :( *Does the sad J.D. reaction*

  • The outtakes of this were funny too. Donald Faison was talking about how badly he would get his ass kicked if he walked into an Irish pub wearing that costume.

  • I'm Black Irish! I'm totally going to greet people like that now!

  • @ChanniAntoinette

That is so effing awesome! I didn't know black Irish existed! What's next, black Scottish? Oh this world of wondrous wonders!!! ^.^

  • @Hauraunah Black Irish IS awesome. The best nationality ever is a tie between Blackanese and Blexican, though.

  • @ChanniAntoinette demo man from TF2?

  • @demondragon45 I only wish I sounded like that. Unfortunately, I was born in Canada and I have no Irish accent. :(

  • @ChanniAntoinette There really are black people in Ireland? I thought you guys were rarer than leprachauns...

  • @DrBuggles1 I'm not a black person IN Ireland, I'm a black person with Irish blood in my family.

  • @ChanniAntoinette and to think I'd just fulfilled a life wish :(

  • @DrBuggles1 Boo, sorry. :( My mom went to Ireland once, though. She saw a very large man with paper white skin and invisible eyelashes. She won't let me go now. :(

  • @DrBuggles1 Leprechauns aren't small like portrayed in the media, theyre tall, muscular handsome & strong. Little leprechauns are a misconception. & Leprechauns aren't that rare, they're gods & they secretly rule the world.

  • @bagies still haven't bloody seen one...except then Liam Neeson may fall under that category...

    hmm...

  • @ChanniAntoinette no one in Ireland says totally :) sorry mate!

  • @silentjebus Where did I ever say I lived in Ireland? >.>

  • @ChanniAntoinette i am irish and i say totally. :)

  • @kargwain187 then you need to leave ;-)

  • @moonmaidens i dont really , i just thought the other guys comment was un-neccasary so i hought i would help :) ... other than that , wild horses couldnt make me leave ;)

  • @silentjebus lol everyone says 'totally' it's an american thing, plus constant words such as: like, cool, great, awesome, guys and dude

  • @loufreck read my first comment, i said 'no one in Ireland says totally' its and Irish thing.

  • @loufreck look at my first comment i said 'no one in Ireland says totally' its and Irish thing.

  • @ChanniAntoinette

does that mean, a generally darker skinned irish person?

or... An irishman/woman with black hair, and white skin with blue eyes?

  • Funniest part is how disappointed JD is that it's not an Irish "Brother"

  • How does some random racist dude end up watching a scrubs clip anyway?

  • Awhhh hell no

  • Demoman would be disappointed.

  • You think you knizzle?

    You have no idezzle.

  • Thumbs up for Carla!

  • ... Who almost gets a DUI from putting beer cubes in their orange juice?

  • @XxPnuemaxX I hope you thought about that the two weeks since you made the comment. And if you haven't gotten it, then you, as a human being, have no hope for survival.

  • @XxPnuemaxX Turk and JD made alcohol ice cubes. Carla didn't know that so...yep.

  • @Meashayshay2 I know THAT... But if they're just made from beer unless she fills her cup to the brim about 6 times with ice cubes she shouldn't get too drunk to drive. My 50 year old Irish German dad can plow through a 6 pack and drive fine =P Fuckin lightweights, man.

  • @XxPnuemaxX My apologies. Also, lol. xP

  • @XxPnuemaxX But if he got caught, he would definitely blow over the limit. Some people are affected by alcohol differently than others. Carla probably IS a lightweight and that's probably why she got caught.

Also, if you knew that Carla was a lightweight, why did you ask how she got a DUI? You answered your own question.

  • and what is soo good about this you fool

  • @kamikazeVX ya right bud hafe you ever seen peep show?

  • what crap was that

  • Top of the mizzle to ya!

  • Thumbs up for black leprechaun guy :D

  • @sirpc2 I'll give you a thumbs up for your mother -.-

  • @xXElcoXx Well Screw you!

  • @sirpc2 Or your mother.

  • had to keep repeating 0:36

  • lmfao

  • Haaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaha!!!!

  • @juniorg1983 the original people of irish were black. if you actually took your head from white they have been feeding you in the school system which is the fool system, and did real research you will see that europe was ruled by blacks until the 1400's.

  • "Top of the Mizzle to ya me Lizzles!"

  • Its not a case of ignorance or anything there are just a handful of black irish people here because blacks only started comin here a short while ago '.'

  • The fact that I'm black irish makes this all the more funny to me XD

  • no such thing as a black Irish person because i live in ireland and ive never seen one

  • hahahha it's scenes like these that remind me why scrubs is my favorite comedy ...show ever!!!

  • TOP OF THE MIZZLE TO YOU, ME NIZZLES!

  • aw dear =P

this is sooo funni no matter how racist it is to me =L

  • Turk is awesome Irish!!

  • @ 0:32 why is they're a balck Cork man in a leperachaun suit. If you're american and you think there's no such thing of a black irish man and this is how we dress. What decade are you living in? the 1930's

  • @toyotaprius79 It's a joke.

  • Top of the mizzle to ya, me lizzles!

  • her WTF look was priceless!

  • Scrubs is the only sitcom that is funny no matter how many times I've seen it.
