The PMs email arrive the SAME day as I finally recvd acknowledgement for my "victims" individual application. The acknowledgement claimed the ICC was sorry for the delays. Not delay but delays. There was no further hope of reprieve via protection - no further dialogue, even though I have been emailing the ICC giving every update they could possible need.

and...The Australian Commonwealth Ombudsman continually hounding me. Demanding that I have to take my concerns up with the Sate Ombudsmans office. As if thats not enough, the Prime Minister of Australia just happens to send me a personal email trying to minimise myself and my application. This is absolutely gutwrenching. I can understand how the Butcher Nazi Queens own gangster family group is able to continue annihilating other family groups.

for the last two weeks especially, I have had: The Australian Government brutally savaging away at us as follows:the Aust. Govt's housing office houndding me daily for rent whilst knowing they already stopped all income on the 28 July 2011,then sending the Police Dept to do suicide checks phone and attendance, the sheriffs threatening imprisonment for unpaid fine, all access to ulilites about to be denied. The police dept coming back by the 14 November 2011. I don't know what to do now.

Well people after all the horrors my Maori Family Group has had to endure, I tried this International Criminal Court. I made an urgent individual application on the 23rd September 2011. The ICC refused to even acknowledge my application until the 8 November 2011. Meanwhile they had sent my information back to the Defendants - The Australian Government. On the 19th October a psychiatrist obviously for the Australian Governments defence team, published a report.

We need help urgently. Is there anywhere else we can go? Maybe we need a western court. The Romans and their leaders are all EASTERN EUROPEAN. Thats got to be the reason my case is being left surely. Can anyone suggest an Honourable International Crimninal Court. I have been trying to get acknowledgement for my Individual application. It is against the Australian Govt. The Aussie Govt are still torturing me and my Indigenous Family Group. They have been starving us out since 28/7/2011. In court here at the same time, children removed and in enforced isolation again, just because I complained about inhumane treatment? Children having sentence stemming brainwashing by GOVT!!!!

can anyone help get the attention of the ICC to investigate indisputable my case of genocide against the Australian/British governments. The Aversarys system adopted by many Commonwealth Countries is the system that enables European savagery of all indigeous peoples. In through the back door of the system of the red dragon. I have been trying to contact the ICC for the last 10 days. It seems although, their website says we as individuals can contact the investigations/prosecutors office directly. I have huge probs trying to get thru. My case has indisputable proof od evidence of "generational genocide by the Australian Govt. Finally the world has the right case to test this Justice system. Federal Magistrate admitted "he feels my anguish, my pain and my torture". Need Justice fast - enduring torture.Plse help.

Until the ICC arrests Bush, Cheney, Blair, Rumsfeld, and other "first world" crimes against humanity and war criminals, it will remain a double standard court that only puts on trial "third world" criminals who are small time gangsters compared to the aforementioned murderers of millions for the sake of the corporations and military/industrial complex.

wow you guys should try to publicize this more! It's not entirely what I need right now as I'm trying to prepare for an MUN conference but I think this could be really useful to students and/or teachers!
