1 Jarrin Root

1 Human Heart

1 Blisterwort

Over 5000 damage with the right skill and equipment. Also reduces magicka regen, drains magicka + stamina, and has Frenzy effect.

its just the jarrin root (which only 1 is available in the entire game from the Dark BrotherHood questline) so if you wanna use it, you get one and only 1 shot. Cheating is required to get more jarrin roots.

with max alchemy perks and skill with alchemy gear you can create a potion using a Jarrin Root. There is only one Jarrin Root in the game, from the Dark Brotherhood quest line.

With Damage Health poison using a Jarrin Root it can reach up to 7000+ damage.

Yea it probably that because he only use it once to kill one mammoth not two... Probably saved before he used it and did it over and over...

He's lying. Notice how little damage the dragon did while he stood in its breath? He's either using the smithing exploit to make a bow that does thousands of damage or he's playing on a lower difficulty. There is only one poison in the game that can instantly kill enemies, and you get it from a quest and can only use it one time.

im guessing river betty or crimson nirnroot + imp stool+ an additional lingering damage health ingredient = damage health(with addition damage from using river betty or crimson nirnroot) + lingering damage. or R.B./C.N. +skeever tail+addition ravage health ingredient=damage health (with bonus)+ravage health. also, alchemy skill/perks maxed.
