I see you having courage again to be there for your kids, like when you helped that girl who was getting beat up.
When I was a little girl, my mom and dad got divorced and she spent the rest of her life only taking care of herself and forgot about us. Being pretty and sexually attractive was her main focus and getting the approval of men and then she began to get jealous of her daughters, her 12 year old for having nicer skin than her, like a Snow White situation. Looks are not everything.
@Emilydogcat Wow, I'm glad you were able to make it through that and that you're able to see the situation for what it was instead of blaming yourself.
Interesting perspective...I still want life to be a crystal ball....Im not into the mystery of unpredicatability but since that is outside of my ability, I keep making lemonade...cool thing is your lemonade has some good fruit...your reaping..very cool and happy for your whole family...~Raven
I had to refresh this like 3x before it would play...come ytube..get it together! I can so relate to what you are saying and the only thing that I can think of to say is..."Things happen for a reason" and "It is what it is." I used to stress myself out over things and I just don't anymore...because it is what it is and no more no less. Seriously, if someone gave you insight on the future and you had the opportunity to change to make it better...who is to say that change will pan out?
Your hair is so cool!

As a new mother I found this video very interesting. It was kinda like "go back in time and tell your younger self something". lol
I think you're beautiful. There is a sense of strength and wisdom as I watch this.
