Science and technology are ALONE in creating the future without fossil fuels. NOBODY else is doing anything at all, ESPECIALLY politics, which is exemplary in its inertia. The technology is there, we just need a price on CO2.
Although endearing, 10% reduction of an energy expenditure is not going to be relevant.
