  • Imagine if you were standing on one of those pillars, flipping off and mooning the camera like William Wallace in Braveheart. You would look like an idiot when it blew up.

  • Poor fish and what ever was in the water XD

  • Whoever does this as a job, I despise you!

  • Poor birds...

  • Why is the comments section of a bridge demolition video filled with hurrdurr WTC conspiracy debate?

  • @Anima10pontonet becouse 3000 people were killed from a controlled demoliton that day...

  • @zelenko2 Retarded conspiracy theories aside, even assuming that's true, what the ass does it have to do with this demolition here?

  • @Anima10pontonet The fags have nothing else to whine about.

  • Why do they always use stock audio? So frustrating. I want to know what it sounds like! I see multiple small explosions.. but one boom? That's not what it sounds like!

  • that bridge didn't look very stable in the first place :\ needed a little thickness

  • wow being a florida resident i remember seeing the news story about the ship crashing into the bridge. so many people died, was a very sad event :(

  • environmently frindly for the frish water fish!

  • so my question is...did the extra debris from the demolition just get dumped in and sink to the bottom?

  • @abercrombiehllstr I have no idea what they did regarding that particular bridge, but the choice, depending on local depth, water traffic and sea life, is to either salvage the debris later for disposal somewhere else, or leave it there to form an artificial reef.

  • That...was...AWESOME!!! Ah but dude sorry about your bridge.

  • Sorry, I missed that. Could you repeat it a third time?

  • Wasn't a scene from "Smokey and The Bandit 2" shot on this bridge?

  • the boner has reached maximum hardness.

  • Today on Mythbusters...

  • @Hechoennuyawk That troofer doofus garbage is going to keep ruining your life. You freekin -believe anything- dumbass.

  • @ChrisIIIcube you you've been said its not demolition, any facts? any proofs? - no, and you wanna say that you dont believe anything

  • @ChrisIIIcube Um wouldn't the person that believes anything be you then? Your the one believing what people are saying that it was not controlled.

I on the other hand have no fucking idea what to believe, not going to great lengths to find the truth, but also not going to sit here and deny all the possibilities.

Open your mind, you don't know everything.

I'm not a fucking 'Troofer' either so just sthu about that to me the thing I know, lives were lost, that's all that tmatters.

  • @Hechoennuyawk You seem to have no idea of the makeup of airplanes. In addition to the jet fuel on board, modern airplanes also have high amounts of magnesium in their skeletal frames. If this is struck at high speeds (For instance, being flown into a skyscraper) the magnesium ignites and burns at 3600 degrees farenheit. Steel melts at 2500 degrees. Do some research before slinging shit around.

  • @wrylie188 what the hell a bit of mag will not melt that amount of steel

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER You don't understand the difference between temperature and heat; Tempurature is related to heat, but they are not the same. Besides, the steel of the world trade center didn't even melt, this is what the media and misinformed people believe. Steel becomes completely cherry red and loses much of it's strength at 1500 degrees, well below the core tempurature of the building fire. In addition to the mag in landing gear and other vital systems, one can see how the WTC collapsed.

  • @Hechoennuyawk haha your an idiot, go jerk off to loose change and alex jones loser hahaha. moron. yup, and im sure there werent even planes that flew in, they were holograms!!! lol. and hey, all the supposed victims on flight 93 were govt. paid operatives who are now living ona tropical island! god your pathetic lol.

  • @Hechoennuyawk I didnt know that Windsor was a jet fuel storage facility?

  • @Hechoennuyawk shut up whore.

  • Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

  • all 50 passenger onboard the greyhound bus including the driver had died when the ship collided with this bridge and the bridge collaped :( passenger and driver of Greyhound may you rest in peace.

  • thats what there going to do with the old Oakland bay bridge when opening the new east spam in a year or two.

  • They look like dominos

  • Wow!!!!!! at least the concretes become river sediment again will end up at a beach Near You good luck with the rusty rebars!!!!!

  • D0m1n05 mu57 f411!!!!! lol jk jk but damn that was just a perfect sync of destruction, as every support fell to there wattery grave

  • Dominos..........ON HARDCORE STEROIDS!

  • 11 NOV

  • @RHEMMY25 Get a clue, you braindead troofer !!!

  • @ChrisIIIcube Wake up nit wit.

You can have Your own Opinion but You can't have Your own Facts.

Explain to everyone here, How does Kerosene Melt Steel Girders 22" think, Then explain how Kerosene Heaters Work.

Not Bent, Sagging, Warped. MELTED, MOLTEN.

Where did the Molten Steel come from in all 3 Towers Basements?

Tower 7 was not hit by anything.

The 911 Museum Has a Chunk of Molten Steel, Concrete and Iron, all Fused

FEMA, RJ Lee Group, Univ. of Copenhagan and USGS ALL Report Molten Steel.

  • @ChrisIIIcube I think You're just a Scared little pussy that thinks they know something so you pick on people that are ignorant of the facts.

    I know the facts.

You Can Not win, You will never be able to explain how a Fire that burn at 1200 degrees can MELT Steel that Melts at 2700. UL Tested and Public Record.

    2500 degrees, Crematoriums Disintegrate Corpses.

So either Firemen were in the buildings on the 79th floor, or the building was a blazing inferno and melted the steel.

    Grow Up, Read a Book

  • @americanbandwidth Lunatic comments from a braindead troofer. Hey you infantile shit-for-brains, notice how your doofus troofer numbers are diminishing? That's because the children that bought that conspiracy garbage are growing up. The remaining nuts cling to this nonsense due to psychiatric problems. There are some interesting documentaries on the troofer brain issues.

  • @ChrisIIIcube Science and Physics is not nonsense.

See I come here with math, proof, You just make shit up and believe it.

Just answer the question fuktard. Explain the Molten Steel.

Come on Know-it-all with no Science to back up your bullshit.

  • @americanbandwidth Gee, maybe we should ask a 18th century blacksmith how to weaken metal, mister super scientist !!! I've heard tell that heat actually weakens steel. Now it's "molten steel", yeah right, rivers of iron lava were just pouring out of the windows...man, you nuts are getting desperate in your dementia, just like one of the documentaries said you would.

  • @ChrisIIIcube Can't we all just enjoy the video :)? Lmao, people will associate anything with anything.

  • @RHEMMY25 The world trade center was made out of steel not concrete, Damn these truthers get dumber by the day I swear it.

  • @RHEMMY25 sly

  • Is there a reason to explode all charges at the same time or at a very small delay? Mostly because the demolition technician think it looks cool. ^^

  • why did they destroy that good bridge ?

I wish there was video of it when it was abandoned when trees grow on it and shit

  • Comment removed

  • They should have named this Bridge the Acciedent Proneway Bridge!!!

  • Isn't this the footage tht Degeneration X used in one of their entrance videos?

  • @maroon00 oh yea everthing was picked up

    about 50 feet id say

  • Docking anyone?

  • RUN FISH RUN or should i say

    SWIM FISH SWIM

  • This is awesome. Up until now (3.29.10) all I knew about this was driving over the bridge in circa 1984 seeing the (broken) bridge just come to a dead end and my great grandfather saying something about a bus going over it. I never knew about this disaster. Very sad/scary.

  • @maroon00 The Channel is about 80ft. deep. They did recover all the vehicles. All the bodies as well was recovered.

  • I was 9 years old when the bridge was struck by the tanker, or shall I say cargo freighter.

  • Impressive video, wish I could have seen that live. I passed over the remaining span just a couple hours after the accident in 1980. Traffic was a crawl as north and southbound shared the remaining span and everyone was rubbernecking the damage. The driver of the greyhound bus that fell into the water was a substitute. The regular driver "felt funny" that morning and called out sick.

  • For those who don't know what happened,The original bridge that was blown up is the one that was hit by a ship in 1980.This is video of when they blew up the remaining span in the early 1990s after completion of the current bridge.A decision was made to demolish the old spans but they left parts of it remaining on both the Pinellas county and Manetee county to be used as a fishing pier.I was a kid when they blew it up and it was quite a site.

  • crazy

  • wow :O

  • I remember going to Ft. DeSoto when I was 11 years old to watch them blow the bridge. It was intense.

  • I like your editing... solid video. Can we get a song title?

  • That just blows me away (pardon the pun), when those heavy duty concrete supports get turned to powder, one after another.
