Not fake if I saw this same thing, not as bright tho, from Bermuda in the Atlantic Ocea over 3000 miles away! Thursday at 9:30pm Atlantic time in the northwest sky. I didn't know what it was, I knew it wasn't a star because it was moving slower, plus it was greenish/blue in color and seemed to be inside the atmosphere.. WOW amazing

I saw this thing while driving north toward

Edmonton. Breathtaking! Made me wonder what else might be falling! This thing was absolutely HUGE, and lit up the area around me almost as bright as the sun for a second. I waited for the "boom" but heard nothing inside my vehicle. I suspect that it broke into many pieces as it neared the horizon, that's why it appears brighter there.

ok folks, here is my take on this video. I beleive that this meteor is a fake, and heres why.... First, look at all the surroundings as the meteor lights up.Nothing is illuminated.Look very closely. At least when lightning strikes the sky, it illuminates everthing around you. I think its just fancy computer mapping effects. Even when it goes behind the clouds,I can the same effect with my Partical Illusion fx software.
