War's Glory does help. No idea, I did all achievements on my first playthrough.

For Dark Rider I'd suggest you to use tape or a rubber band on your controller, watch TV and tap RB a lot.

In Iron Canonpy, there's a lot of spiders in 2 rooms, just use RB/R1+Y/triangle moves with your weapons when you are in the middle of them.
