I get the sense that Trevor isn't willing to let go just yet. If he talks to Nonis and gets the sense they want him to retire, I think he'd do it, but if they give him another year at 600,000 I think he'd jump at that and the Canucks would be airheads to turn that deal down. The guy is money, he's clutch at playoff time, and he's great in the community. He's earned the right to play another year, or retire if that's his decision. Trevor Linden is and will always be my favourite player.

i dont want him to go . we need a big scorer who can score more than 30 goals and naslund might go cuz he wants 6 mill but hes not worth thta anymore. and morrison might go cuz of his injuries.. thus thta will leave us with at leats 7 mill more of cap so we can sign a BIG player, but its a risk for gettign rid of morrison and nazzy.
