@Fantasy5001 You do realise that was a human being attacked. The beetles as you call 'em are called Creepers and are actually based on cockroaches not beetles. In the original games they represented a fear of insects along with concepts such as representing the protagonists, small compared to the town's power. Here guesses have been made at the decay caused by the janitor or representing the Order, destroying everything different in their path.

Well Pyramid would first of all just facerape Chucky and get done with it, then he would titty twist the fuck out of Jason (being distracted by Freddy, arguing over who's kewlest) Master Chief's armor would however render him immune to the nipple attack and he would simply pop enough caps in Pyramid's ass to last a life time, Freddy would meanwhile wonder off lost and without purpose now when Jason's gone and then we are down to Chief Vs Chuck - i'm afraid Chief won't prevail!

@TotalBunghole I am more stoked for the new game Downpour, from the looks of it it will be more like the classic silent hill games. With slow combat etc, only thing removed is an inventory system. You can only have one weapon at a time with a firearm as subweapon i believe. Looks pretty awesome.

white = innocence, her ignorance to what is going on. While red = her "enlightenment" her growth. ( white = maiden, child, red = mother, womanhood, black = elder. sort of thing :P)

This was not like the game, because they made it stupid. Yes, there are a few elements from the game, but that's only vanity stuff. The actual story of this movie has nothing to do with the game. There was no coal fires, no puritan group of people. Most of that " supposed " Silent hill stuff is vanity, rather than actually having to do with the story. There is only one monster from the first game, which this is based off of....

pretty much only homecoming took off from the movie, while the psp was heavily inspired by the look of the first game. and with the wii release, someone actually had the balls to revamp it.

silent hill 4 wasn't a very good game anyway. it's difficult to say that konami-japan would have made a solid game like the first 2 or 3.
