Btw, the housing prices quoted in the video seemed too high for shanghai. As 3 million yuan (~500K USD) could you a much better condo than ones show in the vid. While 33 million yuan (~5Mil USD) can get you a manor house. median housing price in Shanghai is 18K (~2.6K) yuan per sq. meter (9 sq. ft)
funny this was flim 2009 real estate prices has not come down.
