For thousands of years these people lived a hunter gatherer life style. Now the introduction of western technology has allowed their populations to explode, to unsustainable levels. Hence they suffer, and so does the environment.
Let us do the right thing, leave it .

It is ashamed and frustated that we the humannity have technology but we lack of practical tools to abolish it. Each one of us are part of the humanity. Each one of us will act when the poverty will be global and no country escape from it. There will be a huge step to abolish.

Poverty always existed, but extreme poverty in "the third world" has been created and maintained by colonial and post-coloian/neocolonial capitalism: corrupted parties were given backup from former colonial powers to preserve inequity through all means (including genocides), resources and brainpower for techologies are flowed into the west and nothing flows back nor remains abundant enough to use for their development.

Knowledge is power; both the corrupt rulers and western concerns know that and boycott nation-wide adequate education. Besides, almost all surplus is funneled to foreign countries, so that insufficient is left, to develop a country.
