Firstly EVERY SAIYAN HAS A TAIL IF A SAIYAN HAS A TAIL IT DOESN'T MEAN HE IS A SSJ4. AND BROLLY IS AN USSJ (Ultimate Super Saiyajin form Japanese) it is a form betweeb SSJ and SSJ2 he isn't an alternate form of SSJ3. And this is a MUGEN every dumbass can make a char and than give it there (even Gogeta SSJ1000 can be made...:P)
