Actually, you see, this dance class is in the United States which is a free country. We're not sure where you're from but in a free country no one is allowed to tell you that you can not dance. You can dance whenever you want so long as you don't hurt anyone else. And if you watch closely, they start dancing here at around 17 seconds.

So clearly they CAN dance.
