Correction: UCC 3-402 Notes 1 and 2. Sorry. I'm tired. UCC 3-402 Notes 1 excerpt: "If under the law of agency the represented person would be bound by the act of the representative in signing either the name of the represented person or that of the represented person or that of the representative, the signature is the authorized signature of the represented person." Note 2 excerpt: "If the signature unambiguously shows that it's made on behalf of an identified PERSON, the agent IS NOT liable."

Just sign without liability as per UCC 4-302. I once rendered a $1000 SigBond worthless and facing a $10,000 fine and 9 months in State Prison, once the D.A. got my (worthless) bond he offered to reduce my charge down to a $5 Ordinance Violation. Also study the signature line of a personal check. If you sign as "Authorized Signatory" (agent) for the PERSON (strawman) you, the flesh and blood living soul cannot be contracted with by a fictitious entity (corporation). UCC 3-402... Remedy is there.

you can always say you weren't aware of the document, it wasn't explained to you properly, this is a loophole in the system, if you don't fully understand it you have a right to have a lawyer to see that you do before you sign anything

sorry man, but you were asking for it when you make a post like that. I misread the comment and for that I apologize- I just hate the utter mentioning of "the chip." which is non-existent in reality.

no one is sovereign except for the king and queen- the only time people are even sovereign is as a "sovereign body" which has been taken away since they are citizens who are collateral for the (fictional) national debt.
