@OrganoPleno105 - These are a composite suite freely assembled from Boyvin's two livres d'orgue. (i.e. IIRC, The Grand jeu is from book 2, the Plein jeu is from book 1, etc.) You can start with a public domain copy of the old Guilmant edition on IMSLP and then there are the commercially available scores edited by Jean Bonfils (Astree) and Gorenstein (Chanvrelin).
