The word "Shi" is the second letter in his attack. Therefore, he cannot say SHINA MAKUGA HARA.

Unlike apanolle, I can understand them all. In the case of 消し it can't be pronounced as "shina" even though it may sound that way to you. To my knowledge the kanji 消 cannot be read as "shi", the closest being "shou" which still isn't the case here. The kana し right after that kanji is "shi". Because it is a kana and NOT a kanji, it can NEVER be read as anything but "shi". So don't go around calling others wrong when you clearly have no knowledge of the Japanese language.

It makes sense actually. He normally bases on fire-breathing jutsus and the rasengan, so mixing them both into one technique isn't too far off

Well I'd love to belive that but you can only do that by spitting out the fire first.

You can't use fire element if you don't concentrate the chakra on the stomach and then spit out the fire.

That is why the fire element is not able to get mixed in the rasengan.
